EDC is offering a server monitoring service that would check for the most common triggers of these problems. This enables us to know of the issues, and repair them before your office suffers. We are also offering an email server monitoring system. This product will help us prevent many common server failures before they happen, and reduce your risk of lost productivity due to failed equipment. Acting in a preventitive manner is always better than simply reacting to problems.

24 Hour Monitoring

 

Many of the failures of equipment happen after hours or on weekends. 24 hour monitoring enables us to know of the problem as soon as it happens, and make repairs before your staff returns to work. Once EDC is alerted of a problem, we can test your network remotely, and contact you if we need physical access.

Email Monitoring

We offer Exchange monitoring for those

clients hosting their own email.

A test email will be sent and retrieved from your server as often as every 15 minutes.

If the email fails to be sent or received,

EDC is notified immediately.
